Eazy F&I Solutions is not a bank or credit provider. We do not make lending decisions. All credit approvals, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the relevant lending institution. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved.
Our intermediary services are provided to individual applicants at no direct charge. We earn a commission from the lending institution upon successful conclusion of a finance agreement. This commission does not affect the interest rate or terms offered to you by the lender.
For dealer partnerships, specific fee arrangements may be agreed in writing and will be set out in a separate dealer agreement.

Providing false or misleading information may constitute fraud and could result in termination of services, legal action, and reporting to the relevant authorities and credit bureaux.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of finance approval. Applications are subject to the credit and affordability assessment criteria of the relevant lending institution and the requirements of the National Credit Act, 34 of 2005 (NCA).
We will take reasonable steps to submit your application promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific processing times as these depend on the lending institution concerned.
All credit-related services are provided in compliance with the NCA, Act 34 of 2005. We conduct responsible affordability assessments. We will not knowingly assist in arrangements that would result in over-indebtedness. You have the right to receive a pre-agreement statement and quotation before entering into any credit agreement.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with POPIA, Act 4 of 2013.
